Advanced Tumble
To participate in advanced tumble, athletes must have mastered most of the skills being taught in Intermediate Tumble.
Athletes in Advanced tumble will learn:
- Standing tuck
- Standing back handspring(s) tuck/layout/full
- Front handspring front tuck
- Jump back handspring tuck
- Jumps to tuck
- Roundoff back handspring tuck/layout/full
- Punch front through to tuck/layout/full
- Roundoff back handspring double
- Front full
- Arabians
- Standing fulls
