Intermediate Tumble

To participate in intermediate tumble, athletes must have mastered most of the skills being taught in Beginner Tumble. 

Athletes in Intermediate tumble will learn:

• Beginner progressions for handsprings
• Standing back handsprings
• Roundoff back handspring
• Roundoff multiple back handsprings
• Front walkover roundoff back handspring
• Back walkover back handspring
• Cartwheel back handspring 
• Standing multiple back handsprings
• Beginner progressions of tucks 
• Aerials
